Click on the menu “Tools–Protect document.” WhizFolders will ask you for a password and a hint for remembering the password. Note that this feature is not available in the trial version.
From then on, WhizFolders will not allow you to open that document unless you supply a correct password.
Important notes:
- WhizFolders uses a light encryption so that your data is recoverable in case you forget your password. However, you will need to send the document to us for recovery. If you want to avoid that, please enter a proper hint when selecting the password so that you can recall it.
