Question: How do you search through multiple whizfolders for a word or sentence?

Use the “Advanced Search” feature on the main window. It even allows you to separate the words with logical And or Or keywords. Complete help on the syntax is available on the Help button of the Advanced Search dialog.

Advanced search is also available on the document window menu for searching through that document.

How do you search through all your WhizFolder documents?

Looking at the feature above, you just need to have them listed in the main window. Once you do that, you can do an advanced search through all of them.

How do you put all of them in the main window list?

Normally, the most used files are already in that list. Here are some tips on adding other WhizFolder documents to the list.

If they are all in one file system folder, simply right-click on the main window’s list, click on Add Document, go to that folder and select all .wzfolder documents there.

Or, you can select them all in Windows Explorer and drag and drop on the main window list.

Or, you can search your entire computer by Windows Search feature for *.wzfolder files. When the list appears, select them all and drag and drop to the main window list.
